Applications are invited from qualified candidates who can perform the duties and responsibilities to To ensure implementation of efficient and effective Customer Relationship Management/Operations in assigned Business Center by implementing and continuously monitoring Customer Service policies, procedures and performance objectives. Ensure that all customers are served within the defined threshold; Also ensure that average wait time of a center remains within the defined standards. To Ensure sales, Value-added services upselling and other revenue related targets are achieved. Ensure that tickets logged for customer facilitation by the center are according to defined standards
